ActiveHost is BY FAR the best web hosting service that money can buy. And I assure you, I am no easy sell. When I pay money for a service, I expect nothing less than the best. However, ActiveHost has not simply met but has EXCEEDED those expectations every time I have made a request. In my case, I have had to make numerous "special requests" in order for our web site to properly interface with our vendor's COM object. Due to poor communication on the part of our vendor, this has required MANY iterations before getting it right. Yet, Activehost has patiently continued to work with us to make the interface a reality--all at no extra cost to us! Now, THAT is service. And that is what I have repeatedly seen with this team.
