'Never before in the field of webhosting, has so much been achieved by so few'. Before, during and after, ActiveHost have excelled. The upload worked first time and all the features work! (e.g. subwebs, dynamic html, MS Access 2000, blocking of other sits ODBCs etc) During the testing stage we asked their technical support to set up the secure area - rapid fire questions and answer email were being sent every 10 to 20 minutes. More impressive than the rapid response was the 'no bull s**t' get it right first time quality of the answers. But let's not forget that the really important aspect is that our surfers enjoy a very impressive download time with no apparent delay when formatting the output from a database query. I have to second, third and and fourth the motion for Jenni. Truly a valuable assett to this company, and I am so stupid sometimes that we are on a first name basis. She ALWAYS knows what is wrong and has NEVER failed to bail me out of my own stupidity. If there is anything Jenni doesn't know about .NET development or setting things up and making them WORK, I have yet to discover what it is. I suspect if my kitchen sink broke, she would run right out with a plumbers wrench and fix it. How lucky is Active Host to have this assett. They have been excellent to work, and best of all, it is refreshing to get a real person when calling tech support.
